1. Art & Intentionality

  • Limited-Edition Artwear: Every piece of artwear we release is created in strictly limited numbers. Once a specific design has reached its production limit, it will not be restocked, ensuring that what you own is truly rare. Because these pieces are often created in small, deliberate batches, please allow a little extra time for us to ensure each garment meets our standard of excellence before it is carefully packaged and shipped to you.

  • Numbered Art Prints: Our art prints are made-to-order and are treated with the same level of care as our wearable pieces. To honor the uniqueness of your purchase, every print is hand-numbered by the artist, documenting its place within the limited edition. Please allow 5-7 business days for your print to be produced, numbered, and prepared for its journey.

2. Processing & Creation Times

  • Art Prints: As each print is made to order, please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be produced and prepared for shipment.

  • Artwear: Please allow 5-7 business days for your artwear pieces to be processed and dispatched.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping charges for your order are calculated in real-time at checkout based on your destination and the weight/dimensions of your items.

  • Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.

  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to our collectors worldwide. Delivery times vary significantly by destination. Please note that customs, duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost calculated at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipment confirmation email as soon as your order has been handed over to the carrier. This email will include your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to update with the current status of your package.

5. Damages & Care

We take immense pride in our work and use secure, protective packaging to ensure your art arrives safely. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at azrajstudio@gmail.com within 6 days of receipt, including photographs of the damage, so we can prioritize a resolution for you.
